1. Promoter
   This giveaway is run by Newspaper Club (“we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over worldwide, except where prohibited by local law. No purchase is necessary.

3. How to Enter
   You can enter in one of two ways:

• Mailing list entry: Sign up to our mailing list via newspaperclub.com/samples.
• Free entry (no marketing): Via this link.

Only one entry per person per month is permitted, regardless of entry method. Entries must be received before the end of each calendar month.

4. Marketing Communications

• If you choose to sign up to our mailing list, you agree to receive marketing emails from us.
• If you enter via the free entry route, you will not be subscribed to marketing emails.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails.

5. Prize

• One winner each month will receive a £150 printing credit for use at newspaperclub.com.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Use of the credit is subject to Newspaper Club’s own terms and conditions.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random each month from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via email within seven [7] days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within seven [7] days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• We will process your personal data only for the purpose of administering this giveaway, unless you have separately consented to receive marketing emails.
• Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data relating to non-winning entrants will be deleted within 30 days after the draw.

8. General

• This promotion is a free prize draw and not a lottery.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
